Before You Call

What clients ask first.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often before someone schedules a consultation.

  • Yes. Initial consultations with Attorney Sean P. Quinlan are free and confidential. You can call (717) 724-7503 directly or schedule online through Google Calendar. Most consultations take 20–30 minutes and end with a clear assessment of your case and next steps.

  • The firm is based in Camp Hill and serves clients throughout Central Pennsylvania, including Cumberland, Dauphin, York, Lancaster, Perry, Franklin, and Adams counties. Attorney Quinlan appears in magisterial district courts, common pleas courts, and PennDOT hearings across the region.

  • We aim to return all calls the same business day. After-hours calls are returned as soon as practical. If you've just been arrested or are in custody, ask the booking officer to let you call our office and we'll move quickly.

  • Bring any paperwork you've received — citations, criminal complaints, bail paperwork, police reports if you have them, and any correspondence from PennDOT or the District Attorney's office. Also bring a list of dates and a clear timeline of what happened. If you don't have anything yet, that's fine — come anyway.

  • Yes. We understand legal fees are unexpected for most clients. We discuss flat-fee structures and payment plans during the initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

  • Yes. Communications during an initial consultation with a Pennsylvania attorney are protected by attorney-client privilege, whether or not you decide to hire the firm. You can speak freely.
