Service area FAQ

Where we practice, answered.

  • The office is in Camp Hill, and DUI, criminal, drug, assault, and traffic cases are handled throughout South Central Pennsylvania — Cumberland, Dauphin, York, Perry, Adams, Franklin, and Lancaster counties. Expungement, record-sealing, and governor's-pardon work is handled in all 67 Pennsylvania counties, because those are petition-based filings that rarely require repeat in-person appearances.

  • For charged cases in South Central PA, Attorney Quinlan appears personally at the Magisterial District Court and Court of Common Pleas handling the case. For expungement and pardon filings outside the region, the work is done by petition with the county clerk and the Board of Pardons, and hearings are attended when one is scheduled.

  • Call and ask. Expungement, sealing, and pardon matters are handled statewide. For a new criminal or DUI charge well outside South Central Pennsylvania, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm and, if not, help you find local counsel.

  • Usually not for summary traffic citations — many can be resolved without you returning to Pennsylvania. Misdemeanor and felony charges generally require appearances, though some can be waived or handled by counsel. Out-of-state drivers should start with our out-of-state ticket guides for how a PA citation follows your home license.

  • Use the search box and practice-area filters on this page. Type a city, township, or county name to narrow the list, then choose the practice area that matches your charge — DUI, criminal defense, drug charges, assault, traffic citations, ARD, expungement, or pardons.

  • Yes. Consultations are free and confidential regardless of which county your case is in, and can be done in person at the Camp Hill office, by phone, or by video. Fees are flat and quoted in writing before you hire the firm.

  • 3425 Simpson Ferry Rd, Suite 100, Camp Hill, PA 17011 — minutes from Route 581, the Capital City Mall, and the West Shore bridges into Harrisburg. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and calls are answered outside those hours.
